Hi, My name is Severen Henderson, and I am here to help you become the best version of yourself! My first career is as a Firefighter First Responder with over 20 years of experience. In my parallel career, I am the Owner-Operator of Department3C, responsible for presenting numerous offerings of varying media types. I have written a few books, both in print and e-books, with course offerings included. My first book is titled "Hey New Guy! The Candidate's guide to a Long Strong and Healthy Career". I host a podcast by the name of "Department3C Presents: A Podcast Connected to Fire and I have two other podcasts that I guest host on. I am a Public Speaker, a Certified Life Coach (both business and personal), and a Marketing Consultant. 

I bring more than 20 years of experience in public safety, which is one of the most stressful jobs in the world. With the experience in this field, combined with my experience as a speaker, coach, author, and consultant. My ultimate goal is to assist you with any challenge you feel is holding you back from becoming your optimal self!
